Anleitungen

Begin by preheating your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to burn it.

Stir in the lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper into the butter mixture. Remove from heat and set aside.

Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife. This will help them cook evenly and absorb the garlic butter flavor.

Place the lobster tails on a baking tray, flesh side up, and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Next, in a separate skillet, heat a small amount of the garlic butter on medium-high heat. Add the scallops and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and opaque. Remove from heat.

Arrange the seared scallops on the baking tray alongside the lobster tails. Pour any remaining garlic butter over the scallops, ensuring all seafood is well-coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and the scallops are tender.

Once cooked, remove from the oven, and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an added zing.

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the lobster and scallops on a large platter, drizzled with any remaining garlic butter, and garnished with fresh parsley. Add lemon wedges for a pop of color.
