1 lb (450 g) Ground Beef

1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup Cream Cheese, softened

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

      On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut it into 12 equal squares.

        Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each square of dough.

          Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to seal it securely, pinching the edges together to avoid any leakage.

            Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a golden color.

              Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.

                Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

                  Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

                    Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and extra flavor.
