Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide the Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.

Stuff the Biscuits: Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.

Coat the Bombs: Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake Until Golden: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with any remaining melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
