Zutaten
  

4 large flour tortillas

200 g (7 oz) cooked bacon, chopped

250 g (9 oz) ground beef

100 g (3.5 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded

50 g (1.75 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, diced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh lettuce leaves, for serving

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned, approximately 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.

    In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard until smooth to create a spread.

      Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla.

        Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef on top of the cream cheese layer, followed by the chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.

          Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge, ensuring the filling stays inside.

            Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

              To serve, slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces, about 2 inches thick.

                Arrange the roll-ups on a platter and serve with fresh lettuce leaves for a crunchy bite.
